Make sure your CV is not a deterrent to read
Recruiters, HR executives and employers are very busy people. It therefore isn't surprising to know that when it comes to choosing which CVs to read first, then they tend to plump for the shorter, more presentable CVs which are clear, legible and in a good font size.
It may surprise you to hear that some employers don't even read CVs beyond a certain length. A good general rule of thumb is that your CV should be no longer than two pages in length. And one page CVs can be the most effective of all if they are well-written.
At the same time, it is no easy task taking three pages of work experience and achievements, and then saying all of that (and more) in just one page.
Very few CV companies worldwide are capable of doing this - we just happen to be one of them.
